- Arizona Animal Welfare League and PetSmart Charities are offering free pet vaccines for pet owners on Jan. 13 from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. No appointments are needed, but services are first-come, first-served. The event is at the Chicanos Pro La Causa Community Center at 3216 W. Van Buren St.
